Notice on the processing of personal data

Through the contact form, the data entered directly by the user are collected:

• Full name
• Company
• Email
• Phone
• Area of interest
• Project details

Users are invited not to include in the details field any personal information that is not necessary for the commercial enquiry.

Purposes of processing

Fratelli Ambrosio S.r.l. processes the data received through the form in order to:

• receive the request
• assess the indicated needs
• contact the applicant
• provide commercial information
• manage any subsequent pre-contractual or commercial relationships

Data collected through the form are not used to send newsletters or promotional communications unrelated to the request submitted, unless specific consent is collected separately.

Legal basis

Data are processed in order to follow up the data subject’s request and to manage any pre-contractual activities linked to that request, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

For any processing required by law, the legal basis derives from the applicable legal obligations.

Provision of data

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary in order to receive and handle the request.

Without the required data, Fratelli Ambrosio S.r.l. will not be able to handle the contact correctly.

Optional data remain at the user’s choice.

Methods of processing

Fratelli Ambrosio S.r.l. processes data through IT and electronic tools, adopting organisational and technical measures adequate to protect the information collected.

Access to the data remains restricted to authorised staff and to parties involved in the technical or commercial handling of the request.

Data retention

Data are retained for the time necessary to handle the request and any commercial relationships arising from the contact.

If no subsequent relationship follows, the data are deleted at the end of the period needed to handle the request, without prejudice to any retention obligations provided by law.

Recipients of the data

Data may be disclosed, within the necessary limits, to:

• authorised staff of Fratelli Ambrosio S.r.l.
• IT service providers
• the email service provider
• the hosting service provider
• appointed consultants
• public authorities in the cases provided by law

Data are not disclosed to the public.

Data transfers

If one of the providers involved in processing manages data outside the European Economic Area, Fratelli Ambrosio S.r.l. applies the safeguards provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for international transfers.

Data subject’s rights

The data subject may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including:

• rectification of inaccurate data
• erasure of data in the cases provided
• restriction of processing
• objection to processing in the cases provided

Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) if they consider the processing of their data to be contrary to the applicable law.
